SMT Solder Specialist

Job Requirements:

• Ability to solder 0402 components and fine pitch, repair and perform touch up on printed circuit boards under microscope.
• Must have 3 - 5 years IPC experience with both surface mount technology and through hole technology.
• Must have a strong work ethic, and be able to take direction, and work independently to meet production needs as needed.
• Must be proficient in English reading/writing in order to interpret detailed electronic schematics, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and process documents.
• Experience with assembly of electro mechanical products in a high volume production facility
• Must possess the ability to pass a soldering test.

SMT Solder

Test Technician - Senior Level Diagnostic Technician

Job Requirements:

• Requires 5+ yrs testing and troubleshooting complex printed wiring assemblies, sub assemblies, modules, to the component level in a high production medium mix environment.
• Extensive use of electronic test equipment, which includes but is not limited to, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, audio analyzers, hi-pot testers, spectrum analyzers, and custom made fixtures and consoles.
• Strong understanding of digital and RF components, circuit designs, test, and the evaluation of pc circuits that include microprocessors, memory, RF devices, and power supplies.
• Must have a strong work ethic, and be able to take direction, and work independently to meet production needs as needed.
• Must be proficient in English reading/writing in order to interpret detailed electronic schematics, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and process documents.

Test Technician

Job Requirements:

• Requires 5+ yrs testing printed wiring assemblies, sub assemblies, modules, in a high production medium mix environment.
• Knowledge of electronic test equipment, which includes but is not limited to, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, audio analyzers, hi-pot testers, spectrum analyzers, and custom made fixtures and consoles.
• Ability set up test equipment, and troubleshoots test related issues.
• Must have a strong work ethic, and be able to take direction, and work independently to meet production needs as needed.
• Must be proficient in English reading/writing in order to interpret detailed electronic schematics, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and process documents.
